Cancellation Policy

Free if cancelled more than 24 hrs. before the date of arrival.
If cancelled within 24 hrs. or no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

Damage Deposit

College Park Bed & Breakfast reserves right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury or for loss of money, jewellery or valuables of any kind.
Guests are responsible and will be charged for any damages caused to facilities/properties.
